Czech newspaper wrote about Petra Majdič, because she was able to get the bronz medal with 4 broken ribs and pneumothorax, which is very dangerous. The newspaper article says, that her bronz is the gold decorated with diamonds for the fact how brave she was when she competed in the terrible pain.
She has really become the Slovenian hero - not giving up no matter what. Fortunately, she is doing well and will be OK. But it is really hard to imagine what she did - being in excrutiating pain.
